Villa Lanka Pearl

Villa Lanka Pearl is located on a sandy beach on the south coast of Sri Lanka fringed by coconut trees amidst a tropical bay of Wellabada. Already on arrival you will discover the fine, small world of its own that Villa Lanka Pearl has to offer. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable lounge area, a fine dining restaurant, a small bar and two splendid garden terraces.

Here in the main residence four spacious double rooms are located on the first floor and are tastefully decorated according to western standards with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Ceiling fans provide a comfortable air-conditioning and mosquito nets over the king-size beds guarantee a good nights rest. However, the highlight is the large, covered terrace which is accessible from all rooms and allows sea view.

More beautiful and a bit more modern rooms are located in the dependance which is a new building very close to the villa. There is also the option to use air conditioning. All of the rooms are very well taken care off and clean.

The magnificent palm garden is the green center of the resort and has a lush splendor of plants, flowers and herbs to offer. Find your perfect place to relax on comfortable lounge chairs or in the hammock and let your mind wander. The swimming pool is also embedded in this wonderful atmosphere. Also the tastefully decorated Ayurvedic treatment rooms and the sauna are located in this green area. In the mornings this is also where the yoga exercises take place to kick start your ideal day: with a sun salutation under palm trees or, if desired, even on the beach.

Virtually on the doorstep of Villa Lanka Pearl you can enjoy the fine sand of the kilometer-long beach and the warm water of the Indian Ocean. Bring body, mind and soul into balance in this magnificent bay. Of course here are also waiting lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas for you, as well as a shower and toilet.

At the start of the your stay you will be examined by doctors. Together you will determine the course of treatments, which will be tailored to your specific needs. The following descriptions may therefore vary and not every treatment will be necessary for you. The treatment plan by the doctors includes among others the diet, oils and Ayurvedic medicine specifically tailored to your needs.

The physical, mental and spiritual processes are supported by Yoga as a traditional method of Ayurveda – exercises are offered daily. Also implemented into daily life Yoga offers a good way to meet the emerging requirements.

Panchakarma – Classic (only prevention)

This treatment is ideal in order to obtain an optimum combination of relaxation and maintaining good health during your vacation. Within 14 days you will get about 45 treatments, which are determined in advance by our doctor.

Body and soul are detoxified, among other things, purified and harmonized through yoga, meditation, natural medicine, Ayurvedic food and oil massages.

Panchakarma – Intensive Treatment

Specific problems such as joint pain, rheumatism, eye weakness, indigestion, hemorrhoids or eczema (at the initial stage), hypertension and more can be addressed with this very intense cleansing. This stay should last for at least 14 days or longer.

Depending on the symptoms and length of stay you get at least 60 treatments and therapies, take part in yoga and meditation, enjoy natural medicine and Ayurvedic diet that counteract your problems.

Anti Stress & Burn Out

This program helps you to reduce the consequences of stress on the one hand, but to optimize the possibilities of personal stress management on the other. Burnout is a debilitating phenomenon of our time: idealism, enthusiasm and eagerness to work disappear and at the same time physical problems like permanent tiredness, stomach pains or trouble sleeping may occur. Nervousness, disturbed sleep, joint pain, muscle tension, noise sensitivity and dry skin, all this indicates a so-called disturbance. This is a very individually designed program that helps you to find your way back to yourself.

For this program you should invest at leats 3 weeks of time.

Beauty and Wellness

This program is ideal for a stay of 6 -14 days and is of course also based on Ayurveda.

If you want to spend your entire holiday relaxing and recharging batteries this program allows you to get to know Ayurvedic treatments. They will help you to find inner peace and recreation in a relatively short time.

This treatment includes a mixture of traditional, hand-selected Ayurvedic and natural cosmetic treatments and can be extended to 14 days. You will enjoy 3 to 4 treatments per day, also depending on your specific constitution.

Main House:
In the 4 bedrooms upstairs  you will find the following stylish equipment: king-size bed with mosquito net, bath / WC, ceiling fan, sofa, terrace.

Dependance:
Also the 6 new rooms (2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor) in the Dependance are equipped acording to Western standards. The even offer the option to use air conditioning.

Bungalow:
Another part of the facility is a complex that includes a bungalow with two double rooms with bath (shower) / WC, lounge and a private terrace. This accommodation is especially suitable for long-term residence as well as for disabled people.

Basically, you should allow yourself plenty of rest during an Ayurvedic program. Therefore, television and DVD / CD player are provided only on request in the room (free of charge).
