Sitaram Mountain Retreat is located amidst picturesque spice plantations in the hills of Munnar, approximately 3 hours from Cochin Airport. Here you can spend your Ayurveda stay including yoga with breathtaking views of tea plantations and fresh mountain air. The lush greenery and tranquil surroundings support you during your Ayurveda stay and create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and recreation.

The rustic-looking architecture of the buildings, built from natural materials such as wood and stone, offers modern interiors and all 4 accommodation types are equipped with a balcony or terrace.

The Ayurveda team on site follows a holistic approach and, after an accurate diagnosis, creates an individual treatment plan for your Ayurveda stay. In addition to Ayurveda treatments, your stay is accompanied with daily yoga and meditation sessions. You can choose between the Ayurvedic Healing program, which includes 2 hours of Ayurveda treatments daily, or the Yoga Wellness program, where you enjoy 1 hour of Ayurveda treatments daily. In the Trikaya Restaurant, the chefs will prepare suitable Ayurvedic dishes for you in consultation with the doctors.

During your stay, Sitaram Mountain Retreat offers a variety of different nature activities: bird watching, spice plantation hikes, farm tours and tea garden walks. It is recommended to participate in these activities in consultation with the treating doctor or rather towards the end of the Ayurvedic stay.

These rooms are approximately 42 sqm in size and offer a bedroom with an attached bathroom and a balcony with a view of the lush greenery of Munnar.

Luxurious suite rooms

These spacious suites offer a sleeping area of ​​approx. 79 square meters, a bathroom with shower and whirlpool as well as an open balcony with a wonderful view of the greenery.

Forest bathing studio

These studios are located on an elevated platform between trees and are approximately 23 square meters in size and are equipped with a bedroom, a separate sitting area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a veranda.

Forest bathing duplex
