Lotus Villa

The Lotus Villa is located on the long sandy beach of Ahungalla at the southwest coast of Sri Lanka at the Indian Ocean. The simple facility is notable for its generous, tropical garden area with its own meditation fountain. The peaceful location offers the best way to ensure that the positive effect of the here offered authentic Ayurveda treatments can fully develop. Find your favorite spot on one of the chairs under the shade of coconut trees or take a dip in the swimming pool. Furthermore, the environmentally conscious Lotus Villa is proud of their own well with drinking water quality, it works with solar energy, produces oils and medicine itself. Enjoy the fruits and vegetables from the hotels organic garden.

The experienced therapists and medical team is at the guests disposal and every stay begins with a first examination by an Ayurvedic doctor. Together with you he creates an individual treatment plan. If necessary, a German interpreter can be consulted free of charge. The treatment plan includes daily treatments, oils, herbal medicine and an Ayurvedic full board. A distinction is made between two different Ayurveda programs in the Lotus Villa: “prevention” and “rehabilitation.” The former is precautionary and helps you to recharge your batteries (3-4 treatments per day). The second program is used to treat existing illnesses and is more intensive compared to the first one (4-6 treatments per day). Apart from daily yoga units Tai Chi and meditation are offered several times a week.

These simple furnished rooms (appr. 25m2) are equipped with a ceiling fan, a squared mosquito net, an alarm bell and tap water with drinking water quality. Enjoy a beautiful sea view from these rooms.
