Discover the Aathma Ayurveda Health Resort with its enchanting garden near the beautiful Ahungalla beach in Sri Lanka. After a 2-hour drive from Colombo airport, the spacious property and its attractively designed villas await you, offering the ideal atmosphere for your Ayurveda treatment including yoga. The experienced Ayurveda team will take care of your regeneration while you enjoy traditional Ayurvedic treatments.

The Aathma Ayurveda Health Resort consists of 8 separate two-storey villas with a total of 22 rooms. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of room to relax. From the balcony or terrace, you have a direct view of the pool and the tropical garden, where you can observe various bird species.

A certified Ayurveda doctor and his experienced team of therapists will look after you at the Ayurveda center. After a comprehensive initial consultation, during which a German-speaking translator is also available, you will be pampered with at least 4 Ayurveda treatments a day. In addition to the 10 treatment rooms, you may enjoy some treatments outdoors. The yoga pavilion offers a peaceful space for yoga and meditation sessions.

In the open restaurant with panoramic views of the lush garden, a variety of delicious Ayurvedic dishes is served carefully selected by the Ayurvedic doctor and adapted to your dosha. The Aathma Ayurveda Health Resort is happy to provide you with recommendations for suitable ingredients, spices and preparation methods in order to incorporate the Ayurvedic diet into your everyday lives.

In consultation with the Ayurveda team, you may participate in half-day excursions: Visit historic cities, sacred temples and ancient palaces.

The 22 standard and superior rooms are equipped wiht balcony or terrace, as well as a variety of amenities: a comfortable king-size bed, a private toilet and shower, cozy bathrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a secure safe, telephone, hairdryer and Wi-Fi.

A little further away from the villas, there is a family bungalow that extends over two floors.  Up to six guests can be accommodated here on request.
