Delhi is India`s capital and a very important economical place for the entire country. Delhi is a bustling metropolis successfully combining modernity with tradition. In the afternoon of the second day you will visit Agra. Explore the Taj Mahal from its proximity and feel the enchantment of the monument. Your next stop is Amber, the ancient capital of the ruling state of Jaipur. The Amber Fort is one of the most magnificent palaces in Rajasthan. Continue to Jodhpur, also known as the blue city as most of the houses are painted in light blue. Rajasthan is a romantic place, full of stories of heroism and chivalry, the city brings a life on castles closer. But you will see, your next stop – Udaipur – is very different. While in Rajasthan landscape with forest and hills dominates, Udhaipur is called the Venice of the East. Your final highlight is Pushkar, the city is located on the edge of the desert and the heart of the city consists of one of the most sacred lakes of India.
Delhi – Agra – Jaipur – Jodhpur – Udaipur – Pushkar – Delhi
Day 1, Arrival Delhi
Upon arrival at the International Airport of Delhi your English-speaking driver will await you in the arrival hall of the airport. You will then be taken with your private car to the hotel of your choice.
Delhi is India`s capital and a very important economical place for the entire country. Delhi is a bustling metropolis successfully combining modernity with tradition. Surrounded of huge modern skyscrapers, silent reminders of century old monuments remain of a long forgotten time. Your first impressions that you are to take on the trip from the airport, Flourishing garden landscapes with some beautiful parks are your first impressions during your drive from the airport to the city.
Your english-speaking guide will be waiting at the hotel for you and together you will discover Old & New Delhi.
You will first visit Old Delhi. The tour starts with a visit to Raj Ghat, a memorial of Mahatma Gandhi; It continues past the Red Fort Palace to the largest mosque in India: Jama Masjid, where you, together with your guide will view the mosque from the outside. Due to the nearby bazaar this place is very active and vibrant.
Now it`s on to New Delhi, known as the reflection of the British legacy. The separation between Old & New Delhi explains the separation between the British and the Mughals. Also the separation of the completely different lifestyle reveals it strongly here, while Old Delhi still holds to the past, New Delhi is trying to live on the cutting edge of the 21st century.
In New Delhi we will visit: Quatub Minar, the tallest stone tower in India, the imposing Arc de Triomphe India Gate, the parliament and the residence of President Rastrapathi Bhawan.
Afterwards drive together with your guide back to the hotel.

Day 2, Delhi – Agra 200 Km, 5 hours drive
After breakfast together with your private driver you will depart for Agra known for the Taj Mahl Monument. On arrival at the hotel a representative of the hotel warmly welcomes you.
In the afternoon together with your english speaking guide you will visit Agra. Explore the Taj Mahal from its proximity and feel the enchantment of the monument. (Closed on Fridays). The Taj Mahal stands as a unique symbol of love. It was of course built out of love! Built by Shah Jahan in memory of Maharaja his first wife, who died giving birth to their 14th child. Construction started in the same year, in 1631 and was completed 22 years later. A total of 20,000 people were working on this monument.
Afterwards we will visit the Red Fort, a fortress and palace from the epoch of the Mughal emperor, which served as the residence of the Mughals in the 16th and 17th centuries. The absolutely amazing Red Fort was included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983.
Afterwards drive together with your guide back to the hotel.

Day 3, Agra – Jaipur 230 Km, 5 hours drive
Meet with your guide at the hotel early in the morning and departure for a unique experience, you will see the Taj Mahal at sunrise (Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays). In the middle of the path Tonga`s horse-drawn carriage is waiting for you. Experience spectacular views of the breathtaking Taj Mahal against the back-drop of the rising sun. A specialist guide will show you around the building. Take your time and admire the majestic Mausoleum, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The Taj Mahal – built out of love and a unique symbol of love.
You then return to the hotel and breakfast will be served. After check-out private transfer to Jaipur. enjoy a stop in Fatehpur Sikri, a city with about 30,000 inhabitants, located 40 kilometres southwest of Agra. The former capital of the Mughal Empire with its monuments is under UNESCO protection and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here your english-speaking guide will join you.
We then continue to Jaipur. On arrival at the hotel you will be warmly welcomed by a representative of the hotel.

Day 4, Jaipur
After breakfast we will visit Amber. Amber, the ancient capital of the ruling state of Jaipur is located just a few kilometres north of the Jaipur centre. The Amber Fort is one of the most magnificent palaces in Rajasthan. Cross-country vehicles or on an elephant will bring you up to the fortress.
After the visit of Fort Amber we have the opportunity to admire the Hawa Mahal, the Palace of Winds, set in the most beautiful light. Covered and behind the facade with 953 niches and windows, the ladies of the court were able to observe the urban life on the outside.
Afterwards we will visit the City Palace of the former monarch and the famous observatory Jantar Mantar (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

Day 5, Jaipur – Jodhpur 332 Km, 6 hours drive
After breakfast, private transfer to Jodhpur.
The old part of Jodhpur is surrounded by a 10 km long wall, which was erected about a century after the city was founded. A total of 8 big gates provide access to the walled city. Jodhpur is also known as the blue city as most of the houses are painted in light blue.
The Fort Meherangarh perched high above the city and is home to the beautiful Phool Mahal – the Flower Palace. This majestic fort lives up to its name. It stands on a 125 meter high hill, is one of the most impressive of the forts with plenty of stocked state of Rajasthan. From the city leads a winding road to entrance.The other spaces are all transformed into a beautiful museum. From the Fort out you have a great view of the Blue City. See yourself.

Day 6, Jodhpur
After breakfast we visit the fort Meherangarh. In 1459 Roa Jodha started simultaneously with the construction of the Mehrangarh fort and the foundation of Jodhpur City. Large parts of the preserved buildings date from the period of Maharaja Jaswant Singh (1638 to 1678). The fort is still owned by the descendants and was inhabited until 1943 by the royal family.
North of Fort Meherangarh and connected by a road you will find the existing Jaswant Thanda Memorial, made of white marbel. Jaswant Thanda Memorial was erected in memory of the beloved ruler Jaswant Singh II (1878-95), who lead Jodhpur to its economic peak. All members of the royal family are buried near the Jaswant Thanda. Here at the southern point of the monument you have a fantastic view of the blue city.

Day 7, Jodhpur – Udaipur 259 Km, 5 hours drive
After breakfast together with your private driver you will depart for Udaipur, on route we visit Jain Tempel of Ranakpur. The temples of Ranakpur form one of the most beautiful sacral complexes in India. The beauty of Ranakpur, located on the riverside of Maghai River and surrounded by steep high mountains is characterised by its remoteness.
Afterwards we carry on to Udaipur. On arrival at the hotel a representative of the hotel will warmly welcome you.
Rajasthan is a romantic place, full of stories of heroism and chivalry, the city brings a life on castles closer. But you will see, Udaipur is very different. While in Rajasthan landscape with forest and hills dominates, Udhaipur is called the Venice of the East. The on the Lake Pichola floating Lake Palace Hotel is just one of the fantastic attractions here. The skyline with the white palaces is best enjoyed from the opposite peninsula. A stunning romantic panorama awaits you!

Day 8, Udaipur
After breakfast you leave with our private driver for a city tour. First you visit the city palace overlooking the Lake Pichola. The lake is about 4 km long and 3 km wide and there are two islands. The front facade of the City Palace can be seen very well from the water standing very impressive with its 244 m length and the many balconies, turrets and windows in a small park. The old town, which is grouped around the City Palace, is a maze of narrow streets and winding alleys. Quite unexpectedly you are suddenly in front of a magnificent Haveli or a decorated temple. Udaipur`s glorious past seems just a blink away.
Udaipur was first established as Mewar by Maharaja Udai Singh II in 1559. The great Akbar and the Maghal Dynasty were at the end of their triumphal procession during this time. Since then the magnificent palaces with their individual artistic details are a memory of the bygone days. Today it accommodates next to the private residence of the last king, two luxury hotels, a museum, a number of shops and a school.
On the property there is a small museum exhibiting mainly furnishings from the royal household, as well as a department with simple technical experiments for the information of visitors. Part of the exhibition is called Saheliyon Ki Badi which houses beautiful fountains.
In the afternoon you will take a boat ride on the lake Pichola and visit the Jag Mandir Temple. The temple covers almost four hectares and impresses with its marble pavilion and the imposing cathedral.
Afterwards return transfer to the hotel.

Day 9, Udaipur – Pushkar 280 Km, 5,5 hours drive
After breakfast you will depart with your private chauffeur to Pushkar. The city is located on the edge of the desert and the heart of the city consists of one of the most sacred lakes of India. Overall, you will find 52 ghats and a number of temples that arrange themselves around the lake. Pushkar is famous not only for its spiritual aura also the yearly cattle- and camel market in the month of Kartik (October / November) attracts the masses of people. Pushkar is a very religious town, alcohol and non-vegetarian food are not allowed.
Afterwards return transfer to the hotel.

Day 10, Pushkar – Delhi, Departure Delhi 15 Km, 30 minutes drive
The morning is at leisure. Check out until 12:00 clock. Your driver will meet you at the hotel depending on on departure time drop you off at the train-station of Ajmer.
Departure 15.50 clock / Arrival: 21.50 clock
Upon arrival in Delhi a representative of Ayurveda4health will meet you and transfer you to the airport of New Delhi.
