About myself: Born in India, I had the opportunity to complete my education in Upper Austria and further studied Medicine in Vienna. The Ayurveda training was partially done in India, but mostly in Germany in the European Academy of Ayurveda. The education for General Practician took place in various hospitals in Upper Austria.
Since 2006 I am in private practice with a strong focus on Ayurveda together with conventional medicine and also considering the European plants, teas and alternative treatment options. I am also trained in Kneipp therapy. From 2007 to 2011 I headed as medical director, the Ayurveda department at the Kurhaus the Brothers of Charity in Schärding with 7 trained therapists working under my direction. Since 2009 I am teaching at the LKUF (Lehrer Kranken und Unfallfürsorge) and hold seminars on Ayurveda together with DDr. Christian Wolf, an experienced yoga instructor. The focus is primarily on prevention, which plays a crucial role in Ayurveda. I am the scientific director of the European Academy for Austria and supervising the basic medical training since 2010. In addition, together with DDr. Christian Wolf we founded in 2013 the Ayurveda-Yoga-Departement for outpatients in Linz: yogayur in Elisana. Here, as well as in my main practice in Sattledt, we offer next to the Ayurveda diagnosis and Ayurveda therapy also Ayurveda Yoga and individual therapies. As you can see Ayurveda is my life, because I believe that many people can be helped with Ayurveda and Yoga.
