Similar to a noble family residence you’ll find 24 Konkan villas situated in between a spacious palm garden. Each of the villas is equipped with a large bed room, a half-open bathroom, an atrium, a room for resting and exercising on the first floor as well as seating areas with a roof. The authentic and charming design is being complimented with modern comfort.

Focusing on being a holistic hideaway this is the perfect place for one to regenerate one’s health with the help of Ayurveda, yoga and meditation. With chanting and lessons for creative activities the offer is being topped off. Guided by doctors and therapists you can come up with an individual Ayurveda package after a personal council. Finding your balance with body and mind will be supported by oil and herb treatments as well as relaxing massages.

In the heart of the resort you will find a very special place: a mandala shaped meditation center roofed with a blue dome. Close by the water of the large swimming pool invites you to enjoy a cool swim!

Also the cuisine is based on the Ayurvedic principles and pampers you on the highest level. You can choose between a strictly vegetarian program and one that is not as strict, but still does not include any meat. Instead you will enjoy a wide variety of freshly caught fish and seafood. Swa Wellbeing:

For a comprehensive wellbeing of body and mind, embark on the Swa Wellbeing programme. Starting at 5 nights, it helps you implement various mind and body techniques– not just to reduce and manage stress but also to create positive change within you. This programme includes consultations with doctors and yoga instructors, therapeutic massages, group and private yoga sessions, meditation, art therapy, nature trails, interactive cooking classes and healthy gourmet cuisine.

Ayurveda Rejuvenation:

This is a comprehensive programme of Ayurveda Rejuvenation for 7 to 14 nights that focuses on Ayurveda massage therapies. On our doctors advice, up to two treatments will be offered on a daily basis. This programme is designed to rejuvenate and invigorate the body. It includes consultations with the Ayurvedic doctors, a dosha-specific diet, therapeutic massages, group yoga and meditation sessions, art therapy and healthy cooking classes.

Ayurveda Detox and Panchakarma:

SwaSwaras Ayurveda Detox and Panchakarma programme starts at 14 nights. The traditional Panchakarma procedure requires 21 nights. After a detailed consultation with our Ayurveda doctor, this holistic programme starts with a detox procedure of ingesting medicated ghee for a few days, followed by a day of purging for cleansing, before starting therapeutic body treatments. Each individual is put on a dosha-specific diet prescribed by the doctor. On the doctors advice, up to two treatments will be offered on a daily basis, along with light yoga sessions and meditation therapies. The guests are encouraged to use our art studio and take part in the interactive cooking sessions. Due to the intense curative nature of this programme, all activities including Yoga will be strictly carried out as per the doctor s advice.

How to get there:

The closest airport is situated in Goa at a distance of 170km. Another choice could be Mangalore airport (240 km). The next railway station (Gokama Road) is part of the Konkan line which connects Mumbai to Kerala.
