Similar to a noble family residence you’ll find 24 Konkan villas situated in between a spacious palm garden. Each of the villas is equipped with a large bed room, a half-open bathroom, an atrium, a room for resting and exercising on the first floor as well as seating areas with a roof. With chanting and lessons for creative activities the offer is being topped off. Guided by doctors and therapists you can come up with an individual Ayurveda package after a personal council. This programme includes consultations with doctors and yoga instructors, therapeutic massages, group and private yoga sessions, meditation, art therapy, nature trails, interactive cooking classes and healthy gourmet cuisine.
Ayurveda Rejuvenation:
This is a comprehensive programme of Ayurveda Rejuvenation for 7 to 14 nights that focuses on Ayurveda massage therapies. On our doctors advice, up to two treatments will be offered on a daily basis. This programme is designed to rejuvenate and invigorate the body. It includes consultations with the Ayurvedic doctors, a dosha-specific diet, therapeutic massages, group yoga and meditation sessions, art therapy and healthy cooking classes.
Ayurveda Detox and Panchakarma:
SwaSwaras Ayurveda Detox and Panchakarma programme starts at 14 nights. The traditional Panchakarma procedure requires 21 nights. After a detailed consultation with our Ayurveda doctor, this holistic programme starts with a detox procedure of ingesting medicated ghee for a few days, followed by a day of purging for cleansing, before starting therapeutic body treatments. Each individual is put on a dosha-specific diet prescribed by the doctor. On the doctors advice, up to two treatments will be offered on a daily basis, along with light yoga sessions and meditation therapies. The guests are encouraged to use our art studio and take part in the interactive cooking sessions. Due to the intense curative nature of this programme, all activities including Yoga will be strictly carried out as per the doctor s advice.
