Here you can enjoy a very harmonious retreat. The 50 chalets are situated around the pool, easy to reach from anywhere. The pool is pure and clean and sparkling. The pool bar offers delicious refreshments. The luxurious cottages with TV, radio, air conditioning, bathroom with hot water, hair dryer, telephone, electronic safe and minibar are traditionally furnished.

Siddhalepa has developed individual therapy treatments taking the individual health status and needs of all guests into account. The Ayurvedic treatments are of high quality and only qualified Ayurvedic doctors will assist you to cleanse your body of toxins, to relax the mind and spirit. Also traditional Panchakarma treatments are on offer.

The resort offers treatment and consultation rooms, sauna and a dispensary. Whether massages, oil or steam bath, body wrap or facial treatments, treat yourself to hours of regeneration in a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. The doctors at the Ayurveda Centre are well known Ayurvedic specialists with many years of experience. If necessary, the doctors at the Siddhalepa Hospital can be consulted as well. Especially important for a holistic balance is to focus on awareness. The meditative thoughts and physical exercises lead to mental balance, a major component of good health. Yoga and meditation training sessions are offered by experienced coaches and instructors.

During an Ayurvedic therapy special care is taken of your diet as it is of great importance. The Ayurvedic meals are prepared according to the advice of doctors, taking into account the individual needs of guests. The restaurant also offers Ayurvedic herbal elixirs. These Arishtas are firmly anchored in the Sri Lankan culture and it’s healing effect is documented in ancient Ayurvedic scripts. Guests are invited to make use of the teas offered in the lobby. These home-made natural, earthy teas contain untreated herbs, roots and leaves.
