Rockhom at the Light House Beach

In early November 2019, Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort opens its new hotel in one of Kovalam’s famous bays. The Rockholm at the Light House Beach boasts a fantastic location on cliffs above the beach and wonderful sea views! The hotel looks back on a nearly 40-year history and has now undergone a major refurbishment: minimalist Artdeco design has been used to create upscale accommodation that blends in beautifully with the scenery.

All of the 25 spacious and well-appointed rooms have panoramic windows with stunning sea views, private bath, air conditioning and private balcony or terrace. Forget the worries of everyday life while listening to the waves or watching the sunset after your Ayurveda treatments.

Anyone familiar with the parent company Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort knows that the Ayurveda and Yoga offered here is one of high-quality and authenticity. There are currently 5 treatment rooms and initially as many guests can be looked after by the professional Ayurveda doctor and his team of therapists at the same time. You can expect a classic rejuvenation or cleansing treatment that uses various cleaning methods to remove toxins from the body and to restore the balance of the doshas. The nutritional change and medicinal herbs given by the Ayurvedic doctor support this.

Yoga is another focus at Rockholm and even a special yoga package is offered. Before participating in the different yoga sessions, a counseling session will be held with the yoga teacher who will recommend the appropriate classes. There is something for all yogis, whether beginner or advanced. The focus of each lesson is placed on asanas, pranayama, mantra chanting, relaxation techniques or other. Classes usually take place in the morning or afternoon on the roof terrace or in the garden. Of course, you can round off your yoga stay with one or the other Ayurveda treatment.

Delicious and lovingly prepared meals with local fruits and vegetables are also adapted to the individual needs of the guests. Enjoy a wonderful view of the sea during your meals and watch the beautiful sunset in the evening!

This room category boasts unrestricted 180 degree panoramic ocean views and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural light.

Ocean View Luxury Suite (60 sqm)
This is the highest room category on the ground floor, the suites offer you a lot of privacy and exclusivity. Here you will also find handmade tiles and elegant teak furniture. In addition to the balcony, there is a private garden overlooking the sea.

Penthouse Ocean View (about 92 sqm)
The penthouse is elegantly designed and has a spacious seating area and a separate bedroom. Due to the location on the top floor and a large terrace you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the lighthouse and the Kovalam beach as well as the sea. There is also direct access to the Yoga Pavilion.
