Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort

Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort is located at the serene Nattika beach. The resort is 67 kilometres from Cochin International Airport and the transfer time is approximately 2 hours. The Resort is set out on 16 hectares of lush vegetation complimented by coconut groves along the Nattika beach. A long and quiet stretch of beach, with breathtaking panorama and 52 villas reflecting the traditional Kerala-Style, complete your own personal and individual Ayurveda experience.

All villas consist of traditional Kerala elements rooted in Ayurveda and are available in four different categories. Soak up the natural ambience to support your regeneration. Along the beach you fill find 25 beach huts, each with two beds where you can relax, read your books or just simply enjoy the beach after your Ayurveda treatments. The earthy and natural ambience of the entire resort will embrace you.

The Ayurvedic Centre Swastha only opened in October 2010, but is already known for its authentic and personalised treatment. The Ayurveda-Team is led by Dr. Hema K.P., who works along with seven physicians .  The team of therapists in Swastha consists of 49 experienced masseurs, who are highly trained in Ayurveda, Kalari and reflex massage. The holistic medicine of Ayurveda is the essence of the therapy. A number of traditional Ayurvedic treatments have been perfected by doctors at the Ayurvedic Centre Swastha.

Your individual tailored Ayurveda program is supervised and accompanied by doctors all the time. The Ayurvedic Center was built in a traditional way, offering plenty of natural light and fresh air flow in the treatment rooms. The peaceful environment promotes relaxation of the mind. After an Ayurvedic massage or yoga class most guests spend their time on the beach relaxing or swimming. Since this is a traditional Ayurveda Resort, no alcohol is served. The diet and the administration of Ayurvedic medicine is an essential part of Ayurvedic treatment. The restaurant Vapika delivers the utmost care and service during your stay.

The Ayurvedic Center is built in the traditional manner that allows Ayuverdic Principles to foster on all levels . There are 16 treatment rooms, two steam rooms and four doctors consulting rooms with reception rooms for guests. On-site you will find a pharmacy, which is led by Mr. Dileep Kumar and Mr. Unnikrishnan, with a wide selection of natural products and Ayurvedic medicine on offer.

Cochin Airport is easy accessible by national and international flights. Transfer time by car from the airport to the resort is approx. 2 hrs.

Ayurvedic treatments include both internal and external elements (medicine and massage respectively), and are based on the conviction that cleansing, honing and balance are required to achieve Prakruthi – the state of good health.
