Meiveda Ayurveda Beach Resort is located on a wide, shallow sandy beach on the Malabar coast, in the middle of a tropical garden, only 2,5 hours from the airport in Cochin. Be greeted by a warmest welcome of the hosts of this individual Ayurveda Resort and spend your Ayurveda cure including yoga surrounded by palm trees, quaint fishing villages and the sound of the sea.

The spacious resort offers an ideal refuge for those seeking peace and tranquility with proximity to nature. This concept is also reflected in the traditional architecture of the Ayurveda Resort: the 7 single buildings blend harmoniously into the paradise setting and accommodate a total of 16 simple and practical guest rooms. There are 4 double cottages, which consist of two adjoining cottage rooms and can also be air-conditioned for an extra charge. Then there is 1 larger villa, which offers 4 more cottage rooms. Enjoy a view of the Indian Ocean from your balcony or terrace.

The Kerala Palace was built later and has 4 guest apartments (Kerala rooms), which additionally are equipped with a separate living room. Due to the loose arrangement of the villas, maximum privacy is provided and the natural building materials allow for a pleasant room climate.

In the open restaurant, you will find strictly vegetarian cuisine made from fresh and tasty ingredients. A large portion of fruit and vegetables is grown is the own garden of the Meiveda Ayurveda Resort. The constant coordination between the kitchen chef and the Ayurveda team allows you to enjoy lovingly cooked and prepared dishes on individual basis according to your constitution (menu or buffet form depending on the capacity).

The Ayurveda Center is run by 2 qualified Ayurveda doctors who, together with their professional therapist team, ensure your wellbeing. The Ayurveda team at Meiveda has specialized in the form of Kalari Ayurveda, which is based on the Marma-Nadi system. Each Ayurveda cure begins with a detailed initial consultation. This serves as a basis for your individual treatment and diet plan. Here, on request, German-speaking translators can be added. Let your body, mind and soul be balanced by warm oil treatments, soothing massages, herbal packs as well as steam and herbal baths. The accompanying Ayurvedic medicine consists entirely of herbal products. Yoga (with good weather also on the beach) and meditation offer the perfect complementation to your Ayurveda cure.

There is also a lobby with a reception and internet access, a souvenir shop, a yoga hall and a library on the premises. You will also find a sun lounger and parasol service on the beach.

Cottage room (about 32 square meters)
The comfortable and spacious cottage rooms have been furnished in a simple and practical way and come with an en suite bathroom, fan, mosquito net, telephone, refrigerator, balcony or terrace with seating.

Some of the cottage rooms also have air conditioning that can be turned on for a surcharge.

Kerala room (about 52 square meters)
The Kerala rooms offer a separate living room in addition to the above mentioned equipment.
