Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort

In the south of the tropical island of Phuket, the family-owned Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort is situated in a spacious, private garden. The Ayurveda Resort in Rawai is just an hours drive from Phuket Airport. From the hill you have a view of the sea, bays and small islands and can enjoy your Ayurveda treatment including yoga away from the tourist paths.

The resort consists of 41 elegant villas and a large pool area with various waterfall installations, which ensure movement in the water and thus always guarantee a refreshment. The villas are spacious and cozy, with natural materials and warm colors creating a pleasant atmosphere. The high rooms allow a pleasant room climate, even at very high temperatures. A well-equipped fitness center with sea views is also available during your stay.

The Ayurveda center is run by an Indian Ayurvedic doctor and has a very professional team as well as all the facilities necessary for an authentic Ayurvedic cure. Since the number of Ayurveda guests is usually low, you will benefit from a very individual and intensive care on site.

The healthy Ayurveda full board is always freshly prepared and served in the restaurant with terrace, while enjoying the view of the sea and the pool. The restaurant offers authentic Thai and Mediterranean dishes for non-Ayurvedic guests. The Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort also has its own wine cellar and the sommelier will be happy to advise you.

The resort offers the opportunity to discover many of the islands attractions as part of excursions or you may participate in activities such as diving, cooking classes and many more. You can reach the closest beach, the award-winning Nai Harn Beach, by a free shuttle service.

The offered Ayurveda packages set different priorities:

Ayuryoga Shodhana focuses on restoring your physical and mental balance. Ayurvedic treatments, stimulating herbal teas and pleasant massages promote your physical well-being. Take part in yoga and meditation to give also your mind a break.

If you want to detoxify, Ayuryoga Chaitanya is the right Ayurveda package for you. Feel free with the right treatments and lose excess weight. Especially the light sattvic food is an important part of this cure package.

If you have joint or movement problems, the Ayuryoga Sandhi package will help. Specific herbal treatments and massages are the focus in this Ayurveda package and are supported by gentle yoga exercises.

The Ayurveda Ojasi package focuses on rejuvenation. Nourish your body with proper nutrition and relaxing treatments, rejuvenating herbs and the right breathing techniques will give you a fresh look. The mind is brought back into balance through meditation techniques and the sattvik diet optimally rounds off the treatment with the appropriate nutrients.

After the initial consultation, the respective Ayurveda package will then be tailored to your personal needs. You can enjoy treatments for about 2 hours a day on average and also attend 1 yoga class daily.

The furnishing of all categories consists of bath / WC with private outdoor whirlpool and outdoor rain shower, refrigerator, flatscreen TV, wifi, DVD player (movies at the reception free), kettle, safe, hair dryer, air conditioning, bathrobe, slippers, terrace and Hammock.
