The Ayurveda Resort Indimasi is a village embedded in lush greenery just a 1-hour transfer from Trivandrum Airport. The treatment center is led by Yogi Shivan and combines Ayurveda with Kundalini Yoga, Marma and Sidha treatments. In addition to the accommodation, Indimasi has 7 treatment rooms currently used by 4 doctors and 16 therapists. A beautiful swimming pool, an open-air theater, a meditation room, an organic restaurant and educational rooms for Kalarippayattu (traditional Indian martial arts), Ayurveda, yoga and traditional temple art are spread over the spacious area. In addition, organic farming and dairy cow husbandry have been integrated, as the right foods are an important basis for a good quality of life. This way a healthy and simple life in the sense of a traditional Indian village in combination with modern amenities can be experienced!
The nearest beach is only 14 km away from the Ayurveda Resort and guests are transferred there twice during a 14-day stay – however, in the case of serious illnesses it is advised against due to the salt content in the air.

Internal body cleansing / detoxification
This package provides a cleansing process for the entire body to create the right balance of Vatha, Pitha and Kapha (three doshas). Based on Panchakarma and Swethakarma treatments: body massages with steam bath, Snehapanam, Nasyam, Vamanam, Virachanam (medical laxative), Snehavasthi, Shiro Dhara, Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, Karnapooranam, Tharpanam, Sirovasthi and herbal medicines for ingestion.
Rejuvenation
To rejuvenate body, mind and soul, to tighten the skin and to strengthen all systems, this package includes body massages performed by two masseurs with hands and also with the feet using medical oils and ointments. This process is completed with a medical steam bath. In addition herb-based rejuvenation agents are given. The treatments last 90 minutes to 2 hours a day and include: Udwartanam, Danyamaladhara, Shirodhara (Taila / Takra), Veshtanam, Virechanam, Nasyam, Njavaratheppu and Kizhis.
Weight loss
In this program, adherence to the prescribed diet is one of the essential ingredients. In addition, it includes medicinal herbal powder massages and herbal oil massages (Danyamaladhara, Podikizhi, Virechanam, Nasyam, steam bath, Sneha Vasti, etc.).
