The exclusive Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa is located on the 1,4 km long and 500 meters wide, crescent-shaped island Dhonakulhi, surrounded by lush vegetation, exquisite white sandy beaches and a beautiful lagoon. The open designed main restaurant Matheefaru offers guests a weekly changing themed buffet with Live Cooking Station and à la carte dishes. The restaurant Samsara in an open design over the lagoon offers Asian cuisine delicacies. Live entertainment with a DJ, Shisha and cocktails are offered at the nightclub Waves.

The cozy Meeru Bar right on the beach provides a pleasant atmosphere and is ideal for a leisurely drink. Snacks are served throughout the day and for dinner. The Sunrise Pool Cafe with views of the lagoon is the perfect place to enjoy refreshing cocktails and drinks. On request romantic private dinners can be arranged. The villas on the island have been completely renovated in summer 2014. Newly built were the water villas over the crystal-clear lagoon. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking view over the turquoise sea. The total of 100 villas are wonderfully embedded in lush vegetation, set back on the beach or on stilts over the lagoon and are very elegant and luxurious. Modern design with high-quality woods provide a pleasant atmosphere. Each villa is equipped with open-air bathroom with separate shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning, ceiling fan, tea / coffee maker, minibar, safe, telephone and satellite TV. Furthermore, each villa offers a DVD and Dolby surround sound system, CD player and Wi-Fi. Bicycles are available for guests.
