Atmantan Wellness Centre

The Atmantan Wellness Centre is nestled in a lush green valley overlooking Mulshi Lake, just 90 minutes from Pune Airport, Maharashtra. During your Ayurveda treatment including yoga or one of the many other wellness programs you can enjoy breathtaking views and the soothing energy of untouched nature.

On an area of over 16 hectares there are 106 rooms and villas, all of which are decorated in a minimalist design. This is how the Atmantan Wellness Center blends harmoniously with its surroundings. The rooms are all furnished in a modern style and are equipped with a balcony or terrace. A variety of luxurious facilities leaves nothing to be desired: find your physical balance in the approximately 600-square-meter fitness area, which consists of fitness center, physiotherapy, spinning, Pilates and yoga studios. Refresh yourself in the indoor saltwater pool or enjoy spa treatments in one of the 23 treatment rooms for Ayurveda, oriental acupressure, aromatherapy massages, balneotherapy and body scrubs. Steam bath, infrared, sauna, hammam u. Vichy shower. Also outdoors, yoga and meditation can be practiced.

With the help of a team of professionally trained specialists, reconcile your soul (“Atma”), your mind (“Mana”) and your body (“Tann”) and take on your health goals. In addition to the classic Panchakarma cure, the diverse range of wellness programs also includes packages with a focus on weight balance, holistic health, fitness, physiotherapy, cleansing and much more. Under the guidance of an experienced Ayurvedic doctor, you will have access to 7 doctors in total and 25 therapists with a wide variety of educational focuses (e.g.: medicine, naturopathy, fitness and yoga). Another highlight is the pure essential oils that are used exclusively in the Atmantan Wellness Center.

If you opt for an Ayurveda treatment incl. Yoga in the Atmantan Wellness Center, you will experience a Panchakarma cure at the highest standard. Adapted to your personal needs, elements of the very traditional Indian healing arts are combined with healing methods from other and modern approaches to achieve the best possible results.

For your culinary delights, you can choose from three restaurants: Vistara, the main restaurant overlooking the valley and the lake, Chantara, the BBQ lounge for dinner with music or TE-Jus, the juice bar, where you can enjoy an all-round views of nature. In all restaurants, dishes are prepared individually and in consultation with the doctors, focusing on superfoods, whole foods and organic foods. From Ayurvedic to macrobiotic, from Mediterranean to Asian cuisine – let your taste buds experience an international fusion cuisine. The Atmantan Wellness Center puts great importance to the exact signposting of all meals, so you will find detailed information to make an informed food choice. Asoka / Arjuna room (about 34-39 square meters)
This room type overlooks the beautiful garden and has a bright marble bathroom with shower and bath, one king size or twin beds, a spacious balcony or terrace, TV, air conditioning, telephone, mini fridge, tea-set, safe, hair dryer, bathrobe and aromatherapy toiletries.

Acacia room (about 40 sqm)
In this room category you can enjoy a view of the lake, the rest of the equipment is the same as in the Asoka / Arjuna rooms.

Mango tree villa (140 sqm)
In addition to the above-mentioned amenities and a view of the lake, you benefit from exclusive privacy and luxury in the spacious Mango Tree Villa. There is a private infinity pool, gym, massage room, sauna, open-air rain shower, walk-in closet and a panoramic view pagoda.
